Venue. The function will be held in Victoria University City Campus, 300 Flinders Street, Melbourne. The official ceremony & talk show will be in Lecture Theatre Room (1 large room with capacity for 150 seats), Level 11. The parallel discussions will be in 5 class rooms with capacity for 30 to 40 seats; and the film screening will be held in 2 small theater rooms with capacity for 50-75 seats at the same level. LCD projector and desktop computer are provided in each room.

Date. The Conference will be held on Friday-Saturday, 2-3 May 2008; 9am to 5pm.

Getting There. Victoria University City Flinders Street Campus is located at 300 Flinders Street, Melbourne CBD. In the corner of Flinders Street and Elizabeth Street, around 5 minutes walking distance from Flinders Street Station. Go by train, bus and tram services operate to the city centre from all areas of Melbourne. Check out for transport options. Look for Map 2F in Melways street directory. If you are inter-state or international participants you could catch many alternative cheap airfares to Melbourne available from Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Major bus and train companies operate services to Melbourne from a number of other cities.

Accomodation. Participants and presenter are asked to arrange their own accommodation for the duration of the conference. Melbourne has a range of hotels, motels and budget accommodation. Parking. A user pay is available for public parking at rear –Flinders Lane. However, it is recommended to use public transportation in CBD area.
